Registration is Closed for the Winter and will open on February 1st!!
Complete the Online Registration Form. Register early! Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis! Please check the “schedule at a glance” to verify that the class is still accepting applicants.
Email a link to the Online Recommendation Form to your child’s classroom or Gifted and Talented teacher. All students are required to submit a new teacher recommendation form regardless of a previous year’s participation. In addition, a copy of a current report card is requested for new students. Thank you for understanding.
You will receive an email verification of class availability.
Once your child’s recommendation is accepted, and application has been approved, their spot in the class will be held for ten days until the registration deposit is received. Deposits not received within ten days will result in a forfeiture of their spot in the class.
Please submit a $100 deposit towards your child’s balance. ($35 per student for registration, $65 applied toward the cost of the selected classes). Make checks payable to: “Camp IDEA” and mail to Camp IDEA, 318 Lincoln Road, Pilesgrove, NJ 08098.
All balances are due paid in full by June 15, 2019.
If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, all payments made (less the $100 non-refundable deposit) will be refunded upon your request if you cancel BEFORE May 15th. If you request to cancel or change AFTER May 15th, all money will be kept in your account and credited to the following summer. This credit is only available for one year and can be transferred to a sibling but not to another family or camper. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or disciplinary dismissal from camp.
Please Note: Students with outstanding balances past June 15th will not be permitted to attend classes and their spaces will be forfeited. Any questions? Don’t hesitate to contact us!
